Mostly it isn't cartoons, but it embodies the spirit. It started with Wandavision, Jan 16, 2021. I didn't have time to watch it during the week so every Saturday morning I use Disney+ shows as incentive to wake up early on the weekend. Mind you, I don't have kids.
I make a quick breakfast, usually french toast or something else with copious amounts of sugar, and watch 30-45 minutes of TV. That's the perfect amount of time to have breakfast while revisiting a childhood routines, and return to more adult oriented responsibilities or entertainment over the weekend.
Disney+ has provided me with almost dependably weekly shows, mostly Star Wars or a Marvel shows.
So far I've watched:
- Boba Fett
- Bad Batch
- What If ... ?
This week Obi-Wan was released and dropped the first two episodes. Instead of rushing to watch both I thought I'd check the release schedules of upcoming shows I was looking forward to. I discovered I could have weekly TV shows all the way until October 15 if I saved episode 2 of Obi-Wan until next week, stayed delayed by one week, and waited to watch Ms. Marvel the week after Obi-Wan ends, July 8.
